Prism is a plugin pair, one for Figma and one for Adobe After Effects, made by Next Horizon. It transfers a selected Figma frame into an After Effects composition in one click, rebuilding it as native, still-editable layers instead of a flattened image.

The problem it solves

Moving a Figma design into After Effects normally means exporting SVGs, re-importing them, fixing broken gradients, retyping every text layer and rebuilding the group structure by hand. On a single screen that takes about twenty minutes; on a full product walkthrough it can take a day. Prism removes that manual rebuild.

What actually transfers

• Shapes: rectangles, ellipses and vector paths arrive as native After Effects shape layers, animatable the same way as a shape drawn directly in AE.
