3. 📥 Order Process

The client selects a suitable package or contacts us via WhatsApp.
Upon agreement, 25% of the price is paid as a deposit.
The final product is delivered after full payment is completed.

4. 🎞 Client Requirements

Raw video files must be sent in suitable quality.
It is preferred to specify the type of video, its duration, and the desired music or effects.
Delays in sending files may affect the final delivery time.

5. ⏱ Delivery Time

Delivery duration varies depending on the project size, usually ranging from 2 to 5 days.
In case of unexpected delays, the client will be informed in advance.

6. ✨ Revision Policy

Clients have the right to request revisions depending on the selected package.
Additional revisions are charged based on the type of change.
Major revisions requiring a complete redo are not accepted after initial approval.

7. 💳 Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:
PayPal, bank transfer, CCP, USDT, or other agreed methods.
Delivery is made only after full payment is received.

8. ❌ Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled only before work begins, and the deposit refunded.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
If the client violates the terms or causes significant delays, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refunding the deposit.

9. 🔐 Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your files and information will not be shared with any third party.
Files will be deleted from our servers 7 days after delivery (unless requested otherwise).
